Spinal Hook™
The Spinal Hook™ System is designed to provide distraction, compression, axial
rotation and anterior-posterior correction for diverse deformities from the
thoracic spine to the sacral spine. The system locks rigid fusion on short
segment and enables 3-dimensional alignment in both the sagittal and coronal
plane.

· Degenerative disc disease (defined as back pain of discogenic origin with
degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies)
· Spondylolisthesis
· Trauma(including fractures, dislocation)
· Spinal stenosis
· Curvatures (defined as scoliosis, kyphosis or lordosis)
· Tumor
· Pseudoarthrosis
· Failed previous fusion
